AClean is a locally owned and operated exterior cleaning company based in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada. We provide residential and commercial services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, soft washing, roof washing, and related services throughout the Fraser Valley.
Our registered business address is Chilliwack, BC, Canada. We are registered with WorkSafeBC and carry full commercial liability insurance.

- Technical Information: IP address, browser type and version, time zone, operating system, device identifiers, and pages visited on our website (collected automatically — see Section 8).
- Marketing Preferences: Whether you have opted in or out of receiving promotional communications from us.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Insurance Numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or government-issued identification, except where you voluntarily provide such information and it is strictly necessary for a specific purpose.

- Protection of Rights: Where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AClean, our employees, our clients, or the public, including in connection with fraud prevention or credit risk assessment.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, amalgamation, or sale of substantially all of our business assets, personal information we hold may be transferred to the acquiring entity, provided that entity agrees to be bound by this Policy or an equivalent standard of protection. We will notify you prior to any such transfer.
- With Your Consent: For any other purpose, with your prior express consent.

Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law:
- Quote & Service Records: Retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the last service, as required for tax and business records under the Income Tax Act and applicable BC provincial legislation.
- Contact & Scheduling Information: Retained for the duration of our business relationship and for up to two (2) years thereafter, to enable re-engagement and service continuity.
- Marketing Communications: Opt-in records are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscription, your email will be added to our suppression list and retained indefinitely solely to prevent future unsolicited contact.
- Website Usage Data: Anonymized and aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
When personal information is no longer required, we securely destroy, delete, or anonymize it.

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to enhance your browsing experience and collect usage analytics.

- Right to Complain: If you believe we have not complied with this Policy or applicable privacy legislation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia (OIPC BC) at www.oipc.bc.ca.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us using the information in Section 14. We will respond to all written requests within thirty (30) days.

Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted through our website.
- Restricted access to personal information on a need-to-know basis among our personnel.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your minor child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at the information provided in Section 14, and we will take prompt steps to delete that information.
