• Quote & Service Records: Retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the last service, as required for tax and business records under the Income Tax Act and applicable BC provincial legislation.
• Contact & Scheduling Information: Retained for the duration of our business relationship and for up to two (2) years thereafter, to enable re-engagement and service continuity.
• Marketing Communications: Opt-in records are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscription, your email will be added to our suppression list and retained indefinitely solely to prevent future unsolicited contact.
• Website Usage Data: Anonymized and aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

When personal information is no longer required, we securely destroy, delete, or anonymize it.
